Privacy Policy

VHSFilter is a browser-based creative tool for adding VHS, camcorder, scanline, tracking and retro tape effects to photos and short videos.

The editor processes your photos and videos entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers, and you do not need an account to use it.

We use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages. We do not send your photos, videos, filenames, text inputs, email addresses or URL query strings to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It stays off when your region cannot be determined. Elsewhere it starts by default. Use Privacy settings in the footer to decline or withdraw consent and clear analytics cookies.

We also use pvuv.ai to count page views and unique visitors. It loads in every region when a page opens and may keep an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser storage. We do not send your files or anything you enter in the editor to pvuv.ai.

We do not sell your personal information. Service providers help us with hosting, analytics, security and email.
